Service Description

Please schedule this attunement for a time where you can be relaxed, have privacy, be undisturbed, and be in a quiet environment. Like a Reiki treatment it is ideal to be neither hungry/thirsty or very full. Give yourself some time and space to be reflective once your attunement is done and recognize that like a session you may have insights and energetic shifts for several days after. Feel free to make this time as sacred as you feel called to make it by incorporating ambient lighting, relaxing or spiritual scents and/or music. There is no right or wrong here, follow your intuition. In person I like to light a white candle, burn incense when tolerated, dim the lights, and play some ethereal music, but since we are not together it is up to you to create the space that helps make this event more special/memorable.
