I wear many hats in this life. I am an Artist, a Registered Nurse, a Holistic WellBeing Coach, a Yoga Teacher, Crystal Worker, and a Self-Taught Herbalist among many other things. I wasn't always into "woowoo" things like Reiki, in fact I scoffed at Reiki the first time I heard about it. But in hindsight, I simply wasn't ready for it. Now, I couldn't imagine my life without it, funny how life works sometimes!

Since becoming a yoga teacher in 2017 I have been able to travel and lead yoga retreats with the lovely team of Nosade as well as independently at my current location, Morocco Africa. I have had the pleasure of incorporating Reiki into the retreats which has always been a special treat for my students.

 

I love helping others to become fully who they are and to be empowered in this life. My biggest goal is sharing the tools and various things I have learned to help lead others to step into a life they love.

 

As you can see below I have taken many Reiki trainings (Usui Shiki Ryoho), Not everyone needs this many trainings, however I have found that each teacher has their own experiences that shape what and how they teach, and by taking courses from multiple teachers I have been able to expand my knowledge base and tool box. I always seek to continue to be a student as learning is essential to growth. I have been fortunate to be in locations where these teachers were available to me to learn in-person.

I keep growing and expanding my tool box to help people like you. Everyone, including myself, has needed the help of someone else in their life and I am here to help you if you are ready for it.

*A note about accepting money for healing. There are some people in the world that believe healing modalities should be shared for free. And, there are some practitioners who feel wrong or guilty for charging money to share a healing modality. But this all stems from a belief that money is "bad" or "evil" or any other negatively associated idea. The truth is that money is nothing more than a standardized form of energy. Money is neutral, neither good, nor bad, it is simply a tool to balance the energy we give and receive. It is essential when energy is given that energy is received in return, and vise versa. This keeps the energetic balance which is necessary for both parties to thrive.
